Your account and plans

Sign-in uses ChatGPT. Your display name, theme, setup progress, and wedding records are saved for your account. Your budget, payments, private guest list, checklist, and venue notes are visible only to your planning account. Theme preferences are also remembered on this device. Skipping wedding setup does not create a sample wedding or delete an existing plan.

Wedding invitations and guests

Someone with an active invitation link can sign in and see the wedding’s title before requesting access. A request shares their chosen name and signed-in email address with the couple. After approval, a guest can view the wedding page, cover photo, location, and gift links and submit an RSVP. Guests cannot see other guests’ names, email addresses, or replies. The couple can decline requests, remove access, or turn off invitation links. A new link replaces the old one; approved guests retain access unless the couple removes it.

Photos and gifts

Wedding cover photos are stored with the wedding and served only to its owner and approved guests. Removing or replacing a cover removes the old image from active storage. Gift purchases happen on the linked shop or registry; Aisle does not collect payment details or record purchases. Opening those links or map links shares ordinary connection information with that provider.

Nearby places

Location is requested only when you select “Use my location.” Your coordinates, city, or US ZIP code are sent to the venue service and Google Maps for the search. Search locations are not added to your saved plan. A per-account hourly request counter contains no search terms or coordinates. Until live venue search is connected, the app shows clearly labeled inspiration photographs.

External providers

Google place IDs can be saved so details can be requested again; Google ratings and photos are not stored with your plan. Inspiration photographs load from Pexels and Unsplash. Loading these images shares ordinary connection information, such as an IP address, with those providers. Google’s handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy.

Your controls

You can edit or remove individual planning entries, gifts, and the cover photo in the app. Account and wedding deletion are not available in this preview. Signing out does not delete saved records. Aisle does not automatically send invitations, emails, payment reminders, or booking requests.
